Title: Block familiar pets but keep the buff Post by: Brannyn on September 12, 2022, 06:12:08 pm Just went through and added all the halloween pets to my blocked buffs so that I would get the buffs but not the pet to spawn. Figured some people might like this information so here it is!
You can add them manually through the EQ button by typing the name of the pet and adding pet at the end. Example being Insane Goblin Pet. OR you can do it the easy way and type /blockspell add me (spellID). Example being /blockspell add me 10302 which adds the Insane Goblin Pet to the blocked buffs. All of these worth with /bc commands Insane Goblin pet is /blockspell add me 10302 Chilled Devil pet is /blockspell add me 11094 Black Unicorn pet is /blockspell add me 11095 Arcing Demon pet is /blockspell add me 11096 Mistress of Flame pet is /blockspell add me 11097 Angryface pet is /blockspell add me 11098 Title: Re: Block familiar pets but keep the buff Post by: Miriya on September 12, 2022, 06:47:31 pm Good info, thanks! You may want to keep your own pet up though as you usually pet pull in Sleeper's. I also find it helpful to keep pet up on a rampaging mob or boss so pet takes the rampage first vs other toons (healers etc). By the time pet is dead, the mob is either dead or almost dead.
