Has Tunare expedition mobs been changed? They are hitting harder than Kael mobs.

In Old Commons the Hill Giant refuses to spawn no matter how many animals I kill. I'd chalk it up to bad luck but then Befallen night time trains are no longer occurring as well. This suggests those 2 might be broken.

My review

army of 36 all UW12. Most have Tunare bp and all have VP belt and casters. All have UC4 and Royal Brushed Kote. Pally and MT have UE. Using regular cleric/druid/shaman AoE heals.

Test A = 1 min 30 sec = 1 min 50 sec (with no nukes from casters)
Test B = 2 min into 60% wipe

Cleric can't keep up with the dmg dealt. Brought MT down to 38% per sec.
MT full buffed hp is 19,030,684

Is it on the Test Server?? I can bring in a small team unless you want quantity of characters to check zone stability.

No. I added the aggro range increase, which helps manually pull the zone quite a lot, but no zone pulls or private instances.

Any chance that we will be allowed to make our own private instance of HW and ZP it?? We all promise to be good.

This really ruins it for people like me who make instances for single character to single kill specific mobs. I don't even ZP. Not sure why stuff like this is done. The obvious fix is to either ban those people ruining the bandwidth, not collective  punishment. This doesn't even fix the problem. The people can just bring bots in and continue ZPing away.

Yes the aggro is definitely not working in sleeper as little annoying things and dragons and crystal things don't aggro.
What used to happen is when I pull an annoying thing, 2 crystals nearby would come along too.
Now when I pull the annoying thing it comes alone out from between the 2 crystals. Its like their aggro radius is just too short. What would normally produce a train big enough to kill me is now completely unable to kill me as its all single pulls.

I have a big concern here with UW13. What is to happen to those of us few who replaced our UW12 with the Rallos Zek event weapon, Moskstraumen, Maelstrom of Zek? It is quite a big thing to lose if we would have to give it up for the UW13. Thanks
