just curious.....do you have to do every epic to do the next or can you just jump straight to 3.0 if you have everything?

I know this is not the case with normal eq but the reason for me asking is because ez server does not necessarily follow all live eq rules.

Regarding the Gem list requirements for Qvic armours.
The bracers require Flawless Flame Emeralds as opposed to a Flawless Emerald.

I spent a few days going crazy in Qvic looking for Flawless Emerald until a kind soul informed me that the Flawless Flame emeralds are the quest gem.

It was just gone midnight when I was informed of this and I did find it a classic " DOH ! " moment .  Embarrassed

The guides are a good thing to have, especially the maps, but things do change on the server from time to time and if something doesn't make sense you should ask questions.

In the case of the qvic gems, you can always hail the qvic quest NPC and he will tell you what gems are needed for each piece of armor.

I have found this guide superb assistance and have had it tabbed open for the maps and list of gems , so big thanks to all posters.

never ever thought of hailing the NPC for confirmation.....sometimes the simplest of things elude us  Wink
