Evening EZ players!      

It is the tail end of summer, where most emulator servers get slow as people finish up enjoying the summer doing other things. In a few very short weeks it will be fall, and everyone will be getting the mad itch to play again!

Double!

• The weekend of September 1st - we will be doing DOUBLE LOOT - so mark your calendars!
• Friday September 1st (Thursday at midnight) through Tuesday Noon CDT
• We will also be running the last years Halloween event for the LAST TIME during this weekend. We will have a brand new Halloween event this year
• If we hit 1,000 players - we will hit TRIPLE LOOT for the remainder of that day, we want to stress test our new server  

New Server Hardware and Datacenter

I've moved EZ to a new Datacenter with some big-time upgraded hardware, so between all of the server code updates recently and new hardware, everything should be buttery smooth!

• 5Ghz core clock, DDR4 memory, 2 x NVMe SSD's in Raid
• 2x faster core clock, 2x faster memory, and 13x the read iops

Changelog

• [Water] T5 and zones with water will no longer have NPC's sinking to the ground during combat
• [Netcode] has been very stable since the last wave of changes (see previous update)
• [FixZ] Smooth out close combat npc/pet hopping
• [Position Updates] Bulk updates when player has moved far enough - eliminates client ghosting on rez/gates/summon as well as npc ghosting
• [Position Updates] Always send position updates to group members - even when in raid
• [HP Updates] Resolved an issue when a player is swapped to a group in a raid - mana and endurance shows empty to group members
• [HP Updates] Resolve issue where clicking self in raid window would make characters health bar go down significantly

Why when I create a Halloween expedition for, "less dangerous road" will my toons not follow?  Also, I tried to download the file prompt when I loaded in it took me to a page that said the file was no longer available.

I just re-logged as my pc was slowing down but can't get back in. Assuming login server is down. Anyone know when it will be back up?

Did you make a group/raid and have the leader talk to Mr. Halloween?
