Hi,

I have done qvic quest and received epic 3.0 book.  However epic vendor does not accept my book and epic 2.5.  He says "I am not sure how you got this book but I think  you should evaluate your strength."

Can anyone help me with this?

A good read of the wikis always helps
You need to be L71, Hail Level Up in nexus and try again, if that doesn't work, your missing some armor
