I was using UF client just fine I downloaded RoF2 from getting started...now when i activate eqgame.exe I get vcruntimee140.dll error Any Ideas??

Read further down, link to Microsoft Runtime Redistributables there
download the x86 (32bit) version

I tried to download Visual Studio told me I needed service pack 1 for windows so i updated windows to SP1 and its still telling me that i need SP1..I am on windows 7

No idea on that
Can only assume the SP1 update has not installed correctly  or wrong version but would think the installer would check for that.
