So I created a solo instance in BoT and now this past time zoning in, it is in a constant zoning loop. Even after restarting the game and such. Am I just stuck until the instance expires or is there another way out of it?

Look on the left side of the forums for Character Mover, this will let you boot the character to Nexus. One thing of note, the lightning portals in BoT are bugged and cause characters to enter a zoning loop so avoid those.
