Just an idea but how about making a quest that you collect every mount type in the game (to include halloween mounts) and combine them to make an ultimate mount....combines all the benefits from every mount into one mount type plus the best ac/hp mount in game?  The mounts are already in game and in zone so just a matter of making the quest and combines....

I like this idea; but you'd need to be able to set the speed... the carpet is AWESOME-fast, but scaling would be better

Pro-tip, use walk with carpet...it's much easier to control and still faster than HW mount. Switch to run on straightaways, good to go.
