So, my pally has master key for ToFS on his keyring but can't use the mirror to zone up to Svart, Instantly boots me to the nexus...

Any ideas anyone?

You are missing a key for another floor.  I thought the Master was all that is needed but its not.  You still need the keys from each floor.
