Hey folks,

I just got my first upgrade - an oracle charm - so I took my +75 mana regen noobie item v2 and combined it with the oracle charm and got a wonderful +10 mana regen item.

Err.  

Is this intentional?

Going to have to farm some plat to rebuy the noob item v2 it seems.

Oracle Charm LV1
Focus Effect:  Oracles Focus I
HP100
MANA100
5 SV ALL
REGEN +75
MANA REGEN +10 <-- Left off a zero?
END REGEN +75
+1% Spell shielding
+1% dot shielding
46% haste

vs N00b Item V2

END REGEN +75

gotta remember, the point of the oracle charm is to increase healing. Normally by this time you have your epic 3.0, so mana regen shouldn't be an issue (500 to 1000 mana/ tick)
