EZ Plat Sink Idea

I came up with a Plat sink idea for the server Grin

How about a NPC in nexus or one of the custom zones close to a banker. You hand this NPC X Plat (1k, 5k, 10k whatever the price is) and say someone's name. That person is then Death Touched when they are first available in a non custom zone, or Nexus/SFG/Fighters/Casters (Don't allow for DT in custom zones as you could mess up people's raiding - or maybe just not in Raid level zones? Dunno what would be best)

The NPC could shout something like Crabthewall you have been death touched courtesy of Shy

Could be a blast for everyone and since it won't impact raid zones shouldn't hurt anyone really? As people start using it, I'm guessing it will bleed off plat pretty fast since people will feel obligated to get the person who got them Cheesy

Thoughts?

This should have been implemented when Nugbar was still playing.

I would need to do this in a zone that nobody needs to go to. So the only time you'd receive a Death Touch is when you zone in to hail the NPC to give someone else a Death Touch as well. I could make the NPC shout to the whole server who death touched who. Would be a neat daily game that people can do back and forth to each other, but would affect only people that go to this certain zone to play the game. Some people can't take a joke, so I couldn't make it server wide, would be just 1 zone with a warning in advance.

A better use for Munny?

T2 BP + 500k Plat to be traded in for a chance for another random BP?
T2 Antyhing really + certain amount of cash depending on item, maybe?

Sorta like the Illusions at Card Collector in Nexus. Would really put Plat as
an economy seeing as Lotto Bot failed to do that.

while amusing it would wear off as fast as ROA runs in COM.

Why not come up with something good like more summoned NPCs items or an earring quest that would require plat instead of levels to advance.

Some Item suggestions:

COIN PURSE - 100% coin weight reduction 500k plat.
Non-Custom Zones NPC - 1 million plat
Custom Zones NPC - 1 million plat
VENDOR - 1 million plat
