EZ Server

If anyone has anything they find lacking with the EZ Server Wiki, please post here. This especially applies to new and returning players who find something confusing, and can't find a good result, or current information on the wiki. I can provide information/screenshots etc., if someone can do the editing legwork.

who did the previous update?  The previous revamp was awesome!

I wont have anytime this summer to mess with it but we get a little cold and bored come winter and can help.

I've been doing some edits/additions. Just added a page for Gemstone of War UW's with pics. Also building a page for Giwin Mirakon.

I would love to add some screenshots to the wiki

Cool updates on the wiki. Any info about that RZ event would be nice. Even tho it seems I can never participate in one event

Did some edits here and there as well. Will have more time tomorrow to do some more work, perhaps add some tips and tricks and so on.

I also alphabetized the classes section because it was driving me crazy.   ;D

Added a few things to loot list in Veeshan like aug.

Nice! Classes were one of the things I wanted to go through tomorrow and update a bit with relevant information. Perhaps making a new page with ideas for starting classes and long term outlook for dps, survivability and such.

Got to update the parsing page too. I found a better parsing program now.

Oh yeah. Classes pages need an update for sure!

Maybe with some infos about the most important / helpful skills, abilities, spells.

And maybe some general information about what to expect from this server. Many new players dont know how you „have to“ play on this server

For sure. I am currently working on Bards and will go through and update all classes consecutively. Once I am done with all classes, I'd appreciate if someone looked over it and added important stuff I may have forgot to add.

The classes pages may look unfinished for a short period, just fyi.

Finished with Bards. Feel free to add anything you see missing. Moving on to next class.

I'm adding an epic section to each class page that will have screenshots of 1.0 through 10.0.

Bard is done for an example.

Wrapped up Beastlords and Zerks now. Feel free to see if anything is missing. I have previously gone through a lot of skills, spells and abilities to see what is viable to use for each class, but there are definitely stuff I have overlooked, I am sure.
Moving on to Clerics.

Berserkers are funny because on EZ they are more AE than in traditional EQ. However, they have a ton of AA's that may or may not work in sync with EZ metrics (i.e. white damage on UW/Halloween weps). It's on my "to-do" list, to parse the traditional zerk burns from live.

Example: Savage Spirit is basically the same as the old Shaman epic click from Live. It's the only disc I use currently other than Cry of Battle, Cry Havoc and Rage aura.

Cleaving Rage, Vengeful Flurry and Cleaving Anger all probably boost DPS here, just need to actually parse it to see how much.

Yeah I know.. Zerks really have a ton of abilities and stuff that may or may not be working. I have not gone through all of them and parsing it all would take more than a minute ;D

Bard, Beastlord, Berserker, Cleric, Druids and Enchanter done.

Does anyone else read the WIKI words now with Sarthin's voice narrating them?

After watching the videos its like the official narration of EZ.

All class pages now have a link to their epics with screenshots for all ranks.

Awesome work! I am about half way re-writing all classes now with relevant info. I will add some extra things like useful Ultimate Armor clicks and so on when I am done with the general stuff.
If you are bored, it would be cool if you could do a similar thing with Ultimate Augments as you did with Epics ;D

Ult Augs are on there M8, under crafters guild, i know it dosent really belong there, was just asked to add it there with weapon, also linked in stonehive page.

I meant adding those augments to the class pages. I guess it's not a big deal though.

Ok, so I am done updating all the classes on the Wiki now with relevant and hopefully mostly correct information, anno 2023. That means no more "Paladins are tanks" and so on. Hopefully it will prove useful especially for new players to get an idea on what all the classes have to offer and help make the decision on which classes to make, while also serving as tips to what abilities, spells, items, etc, to go for to maximize each class' potential for more seasoned players.

I'd appreciate if some of you ran through it when you get time and let me know if anything really important is lacking or otherwise wrong or just make changes/add missing things yourself. I am pretty sure I didn't manage to cover everything, and there are bound to be some spelling and formatting errors as well.

I am not sure exactly how much else on there (Wiki) is outdated or changed recently, but I will spend the next weeks looking through other stuff as well and update here and there if needed. I know a lot of stuff is already aging well though, so maybe there ain't too much else to update.

Thank you to everyone who jumped on board with this and made some much need edits and additions. Being able to direct people to a fleshed out Wiki (even if they don't read it), is really a great feature. Sarthin and Denzig did a substantial bit of work on class information, amongst other things, Chieftan has previously spent an extraordinary amount of time as well getting pages added or updated as needed. If anything else comes up, or anything is needed from me, please let me know.
