NPC that drops the Kuckle Dusters is now 15 minute respawn instead of 30 minute respawn.

This NPC still has a place holder with 50/50 chance to spawn named/trash.

Wait for reboot for respawn time update to take effect.

I'm sure some appreciate it. Doesn't matter much to me personally, but it's nice to see you getting so many updates in, even if it's little things here and there.

EZ Server been a work in progress for last 3 years, and probably for the next 3 years to come. Slowly of course.

Even though I too likely won't benefit from this specific change, I feel the need to say thanks for the changes you do make to try to make the server better.
