The fully upgraded AA does 650 dmg... clearly a remnant of the "old" EQ.

But it seems like it would be an easy thing to fix so that this could be more useful even if only into the mid tiers or even better if it could scale to, say, X % of the caster or castee's max HP.

custom spells take care of this problem.
