New spell file available!

Mostly fixes for T10 effects. Specifically: Orcish Brashness ACTUALLY has the HP bonus now. It is intended to be -15% healing received, +20% max HP.

They're only giving 2% HP atm, but I wouldn't take a -15% healing hit for 20% max hp anyways  Embarrassed

It's a tooltip error. '/say hp', notate amount, equip pants, '/say hp' again.

I did, HP only went up 2% in /say HP and the item details say HP change (2)

Does this also mean we'll have spell effects again? Ever since loading the last newest spell file, I can see no spell effects even though they are enabled in the game client.

I've disabled spell effects on HIGH spam effects. (Fire/ice/ninjastrike, spammed heals/procs, anger augs, etc).

Everything else is working normally.
