I recently came back to the game, I used to be able to log in the same account for a different char just would crash on zoning.
I tried last night and as soon as one logged in it kicked the other off.
Was this changed so no longer can use the same account?

Yes, many many many....moons ago you could
Although it wasn’t a feature, more a bug that was fixed
Just delete and remake on separate accounts
Re gearing from that era shouldn’t take long now to get to same point
