I checked to see if the Mage Wrist drops in T5 and my spreadsheets show that it does. So I checked what the boss was actually dropping, and it was dropping the wrong item, due to typo in item ID.
The T5 Boss Lectric was dropping item id 110827 Tunare's Wristplates Mold, so I fixed it to what it should have been before to be item id 111827 Prexus's Wristcuffs Pattern.
At least with the spawn info people have mostly figured out, it shouldn't be too hard to find this mob again.
Keep me posted. If it still doesn't drop the correct loot, then I might need to manually reboot the server for database edits to take effect.
