Aye, I am the same person.  He wiped in Tacvi on second boss to her adds (public, obviously).   So, I claimed it, killed the next 4 bosses, he came back in and raced me to engage 7 a second before I did, so, I killed it.  I then proceeded to kill boss 8, as well.  This was his response to the situation. =/

Id have to agree with Xiggie, just cus you dont want anyone banned, doesnt mean people who to deal with a guy like this in any scenario.
