I am using the ROF2 client. When I target a PC, I can see the effects on them in my target window. When I cast on a mob (dot, debuff, etc...) I do not get a resist message, but I also do not see any effects in the target window. When I played on Live, I could see them on PCs and NPCs. I am trying to sort out if something is wrong with my client or if this is normal for the emulated server.

You need the Leadership AA's to be able to see buffs/debuffs on targets. Think it's the Inspect Buffs ones. Once I got those it started working for me.

Thanks a ton. It looks like that was just granted on Live TLP for nothing. Relieved that it was not a client issue!
