Nothing negative, dont think the thread is about anything like that.
Just curious if Secrets is an RL friend of Hunters. I see he helped Hunter install new hardware. Can be taken either as S/He was physically there helping put equipment in, or S/He was there to help test the new hardware in game.

Not really important, just nosey is all. Im sorry

I am not a RL friend of hunter, I am an EQEmu Forum Helper.

I just help whoever needs it, honestly. I spent 8 hours out of my day to walk Hunter through it online without access to the server box at all. I didn't expect anything in return. It feels great to have someone thank you after all of that, and that's why I am in EQEmulator in the first place! It's a hobby, nothing more, and I help whoever needs it, provided they don't harm anyone else.

As for trust issues, there was no trust to be had as I never had any sort of database access or server access at any time. I made sure Hunter knew how to do everything himself by the time he was done, so if something happened to the server at any time (such as HDD failure), he would know how to fix it.

Hunter is a really nice guy, and I figured I would help him out.
