To bring daggerfalls usefulness more inline to the other EZ classes, I was thinking might could remove the Hide requirement from it. Its a great disc/click,but its just makes rogues tedious to play compared to other EZ classes. And if you don't use the click it severely hampers your DPS.

Maybe up the reuse time to compensate if needed.

once you get 3.0 and 3.5 you dont have to hide for clicky daggerfall and daggerfall II

I just checked on my 3.0. The spell ID for Combat Ability Daggerfall is 6174. The Spell ID for the 3.0 Click Daggerfall is 6174. I dont know about the 3.5+.

Daggerfall requires you to hide for it to land,as with any sneak attack disc. So unless he has changed the the actual Daggerfall combat ability, hide is part of it.

Yeah Hide+Sneak just to do a Once a fight decent damage hit sucks, rest the fight yer doin 300damage crits with the ocassional 5k backstab lol

5k bs......i BS for no less then 9k on basic or 30k for crits reroll if you only do 5k bs's

I use to think sneak was part of daggerfall too,but in the explanation for combat abilities for daggerfall it only mentions to prepare you need be hidden for a FEW seconds.

When you right click the rogue 3.0 it automatically puts you in sneak mode. Just right lick, boom hit bs, click attack back on. Between the disc itself and the epic you can get 3 daggerfall bs's out of ever 4 bs.

With my 3.5 and i dont hide I'm getting 55k BS. with my 3.0 and I dont hide I get 40k BS... You must be doing someting wrong =)

I try it out when I log in this after noon. I just figured since it was just a copy of the disc,hide was still required. Wish we could get some confirmation from Hunter on this. The disc still requires hide,but the click is what I'm mostly talking about.

Yeah Clicky you do NOT have to hide to use... but the disc you do.. that why disc is crap now not even on my hotkey bar...

I tested this for at least an hour last night. I did get some 40k's using the click,but I'm still not sure whats going on. If you just click its doesn't turn on hide or sneak so its hard to tell whats going on exactly. Maybe its coded to act as if you are hidden dunno.
