Server seems to be having some issues today. Reboot didn't fix it. People have been reporting lag for the last 4-5 hours. Characters freezing when zoning and troubles logging into the game.

Same. Slow going, and Magelo wont bring up character pages, just names from search.

Disabled Magelo for now too.

Update:

Got a hold of my friend on the phone, he's going to manually reboot the router and PC. Will give another try in half hour maybe to get up and running.

Going to start putting limits on instances as well, basically number of dynamic zones, and possibly limit instances to 24 hours, or even complete wipe of all instances during reboot each day to prevent problems going into each others instances.

Update:

Router and PC are rebooted now. Problem seems to be the ISP. Hopefully we'll be back online when the ISP resolves the problem on their end.

Because I didn't like the sound of this:

Hope it goes back to normal once ISP is back on track and that the issues were purely on the ISP end.

Sounds as if the wait is due to the ISP issues....so doubt Hunter will have any time frame available. ISP issues could be minutes or days, and seldom are updates forthcoming.

last update from ISP is them admitting its on their end, and should take about 1 hr to fix now. So hoping..

Connection seems fixed.

Going to do some stuff then boot it up.

Will probably limit dynamic zones, current max is 255.

Also going to empty the instances table. Not sure how this will affect players via Waypoint code, since it first looks at quest_globals to see if you have an instance, then assigns/teleports you there.

Should be up soon, so we'll see I guess. Worse case scenario is I'd wipe instances and make all instances free for a day or two to make up for it.
