I'd suggest a test of the exploit by Hunter or Secrets, find out in detail how it works, then enable charm for a single instanced zone (if that's even possible). If the dupe is fixed, let's get charm back in! My enchanter just hit 70, and my bard would LOVE to swarm kite in plane of nightmare like I used to back in the day, for nostalgia and an insanely fast trip from 51-65.

Trevius has a fix for that dupe.  Its a simple line of code (if not already fixed)
