Local hometown boy from where I'm from,small town USA ! Go buy their CD Feb 1 ! He lives in Nashville now I think, but he grew up and got his start here in Loretto,TN !

John Paul White and Joy Williams.. The Civil Wars !

edit: cant seem to get to play here,just links to it. Is it to big or something? Can someone make it work haha ! Anyways check it out !

Yeah.. I mean It was alright.. but I just don't listen to much stuff like that.. I prefer Tom petty or something of that sort..

Thanks for sharing. I liked it but I don't think their voices blended very well on that song. Do you have a link to any other of their stuff? I'd be interested in hearing more.

He was signed initially as a writer years ago,in his younger days. He's wrote with Rob Thomas and few other big names, although I don't think anything major came out of it.

Official video from youtube. He does got the JD thing going on. Long way from the white tee,black cowboy hat and jeans they put him in when they were developing him. The industry always has a cookie cutter approach.
