they are made automatically i believe. Whenever hunter dumps the database into it, you can search for any character. Not sure the last time it was updated.

I don't think they get updated very often, hehe.

My guys in Full T2, with some T3 armor, yet it says i'm in full tacvi. Not only that, but I'm flagged as an Officer in Transcendence now, and that's not showing up.
