I don't get the big deal about /melee.  I may be naïve, and not see the overt (and illegal) benefit, but Melee doesn't auto attack and you can't bot farm with it.  If something hits you, you still have to be at the keyboard to command your toons to hit back.

You have to push an attack button with each mob for it to function.  All it does .. AFAIK .. is execute /doability attacks ... kicks, punches, taunts etc... AFTER you hit the attack key.

When the vast majority of mobs die in one second (regardless of special skill attacks) I just do not see how this plugin should be a concern?  #NotGameBreaking

T10 was all about pounding square pegs into round holes. 

Some dealt with it and moved on.  Some, like me, stopped logging in to avoid the (originally) horrible lag, desync and broken quest/spawn code.

I get that the code is better, the desync and lag issues are resolved for the most part, but what isn't fixed is the :
  1. Instancing of the zone... and probably never will be from what I read here.
  2. "Requiring" an IG pet/SOA on every toon to avoid ramp damage.
  3. "Requiring" a tier equal UW and near max ROA on the tank.

I normally only play consistently during the Winter months.  So, rather than complain, I will do Halloween and IG my casters and give it another shot.  Just please... lower that trash ramp damage in T10.

Akk, thoughts on T10 changes from an instancing perspective?  I know some folks have learned to live with it or even like it, it's still a significant deterrent for me and my guild mate to returning to active play.

Guild mates and friends... sure.  Griefers, train conductors and asshats.. no.

T-10 was nothing more than an attempt to pound square pegs into round holes.  This has been a solo/box server since I joined.  It's why I joined.  Not to compete with 700 other boxes in a desync test of the zone code.

I might be in the minority here, but I think any UW level restriction should be tier +1, not tier equal.  If they have been in zone long enough to amass 100 Ess then let them spend them on the upgrade.

Last week I had to click each toon.  Yesterday I checked their individual keys and key ring notes.  Each (6 toons) had Tess key on the ring, but not in inventory.  I put the key in their carried bag and was able to click all up with one click.

Seems to be checking inventory, and ignoring key ring.

Agree with above poster on the anti-malware issue.  Once I disabled Vipre during game times all went smoothly on 18 toons.

Desync issue for me.  To be fair, I had the same problem in T9 when the HG change happened. 

I purchased a new and much beefier PC a couple of weeks ago, but still have the same issue.  Someone said it was related to the MQMap?  Could be.. I dunno, but I can't keep my 18 on line long enough to find out really.   Just don't have the stamina to fight through another new zone bug hunt atm.

Experiencing some desync issues with my tank when I pull mobs in PoFire. I started off pulling only the front mobs, around 80+ mobs. I started the fight.. and then my tank gets disconnected wiping my group. I tried again only pulling around 40+ and my tank didn't get disconnected but I noticed about 2 kills in, no assist commands were getting thru to my raid group. I quickly switched over to my berserker on the other comp and was using him to AoE the mobs down by clicking his epic. I continued to do this for the next 4 hours, pulling groups of 30-50 mobs and had desync's with the tank about 90% of the time. I would just use the berserker to AoE the mobs until they were all dead. Once they were all dead on the Berserker's screen I would switch over to the warrior's screen and it would show him fighting and about a 30s-1min later, it would catch up and the mobs would die. This reminds me of back in the day when the server wasn't as stable and trying to pull in LDoN 6 for charm upgrades.

In the past, I could literally pull all of the front mobs in one pull and get a little lag as I chewed thru them but the desyncing is preventing me from pulling 1/2 of the mobs in the front or risk possible disconnecting with the warrior and wiping. Not sure if this is because the mobs are scaled now and I am getting repops of the previous 30+ I killed during my fights since I can't just mow them down due to their raised HPs or there is a coding issue. I like the new changes and if nothing can be done then I can just keep pulling around 30-60 mobs and work thru the desyncing on the warrior. Not a super big deal and one I can live with.

Filters are your friend.

I used to have the same issue until I stripped the support toons client and made them skinny while also filtering most data stream input going to my main client.

"Caught up" details the changes from weapons to augments, but doesn't cover how you switch between 1H and 2H augs.
