Just curiuos if there is a way to make these values permanently 0 every few days to a week they reset to make value not a big deal just spams screens with particle effects from spells and such. thanks

Particle effects, combat music, key bindings reset on random characters for me. I think the key bindings have something to do with camping out everyone simultaneously but I wonder if logging in simultaneously also causes it sometimes.

Usually what account that logs out last is what settings are set to for next time you log on (music/sound/etc).  I log out all my boxes first then log out the main account and seems to be fine.
