so this is all I know;
  I have heard that it is called the coral run.

  so for the 4.5 is it a get a quest to start or just start killing?

 and for the 5.0 is it the kill list given in abyss?

4.5 is kill all 102 coral to spawn the boss White .. he drops the completed 4.5 book


The 5.0 book the reward from finishing the kill 100 bosses task in Abyss

Griz's last post on using the map features is a HUGE help to anyone breaking into t5. Spawning cycles can be a little confusing if you're not catching things like that.
