I would like to have my melee just /stick 10 behind. //keypress (attack) and my ranged to /stick 40 //keypress (autofire/pet attack)

close melee = /bccmd channel melee
caster or ranged = /bccmd channel range

do that on all toons xcept ur main tank ur playing from

fight = /bct melee //stick 10 behind uw
           /bct melee //keypress #
           /bct range //stick 40 uw
           /bct range //keypress #


get the idea?

You might also want moveback on the ranged stick commands. Sometimes stick activates, but it still takes you to right on top of the mob. Moveback prevents this, and it keeps you at the specified range.
