Lots of great free advice here.

Here is some more:   If your progression <= LDON and you have an XP buff,  hit pofire for an hour.    Use that hours worth of great XP towards your teams RoA.   This increases HP, regen, and RESISTS!

If you don't know who this is, then you don't pay attention.......... or you may need to look in the mirror.

15) He fights back not because he’s right, but to cover up his flaws
16) He feels he can’t go back

16 SIGNS OF THE MODERN COWARD
1) He fears honesty

He isn’t just dishonest, he fears honesty completely. The Modern Coward knows his true character isn’t worth a damn to others, so he lies and creates a false image for others. And this is to elevate himself on an illusionary pedestal to tower over others.

The Modern Coward is basically deluded as he revels in his own fake world. He lives in it and will die for it.

2) He avoids strong people

Because he knows he has an inferiority complex towards good, honest folks and fears that they’d call him out on his bullshit. He’d not be able to hide and fight back that way.

The irony is that he secretly admires and looks up to strong people, but he ends up trying so hard in the wrong direction.

3) He hangs out with weak-minded people he thinks he can take advantage of

And so, the Modern Coward preys on weak people instead. He acts super nice towards them at first and bares his fangs later on as he starts to extract favours like borrowing money and then never returning.

Have you ever had friends who loves to hang out with kids who are like ten years younger than them? That’s the Modern Coward doing his work. I’ve encountered such people. It’s both weird and disturbing.

4) He manipulates words to manipulate people

In other words, he uses all kinds of flowery bullshit to get his way. He knows there’s nothing much to show for in his character, so he banks on the fact that talk is cheap and uses empty words to get his way.

A coward needs words to show off. A brave person just takes action and make shit happen. His achievements would speak for itself.

5) He never apologizes

Mostly because he doesn’t dare to right the people he has wronged.

It works two ways: Firstly, the Modern Coward fears punishment. Secondly, he does not dare to look himself in the mirror for he thinks he has become a monster for screwing up so many times.

Alas, assholes do not apologize.

6) He lay blames on everyone and everything else

He does not dare to face the truth that he’s a fuck up. It has to be someone else’s fault, so he thinks.

I’ve fallen out with friends who have blamed me for the most ridiculous bullshit ever. It’s disgusting to know that people you considered friends would stoop so low. It’s pitiful to know that some people around you are brought up that way. It’s the folly of us honest folks who give too many second-chances.

7) He makes up excuses and confuses excuses for reasons

As tough and unforgiving the world is, I think most of us honest people can accept a reason or two, especially when it’s out of anyone’s control. But excuses have to go right out the door.

The Modern Coward is always ready to cook up some excuse and then swear by them. They can’t ever shut up and accept the fact that they fucked up.

8 ) He buys into mainstream excuses and thinks it’s ok because everyone else believes the same

Take for example, the lame idea that the Friendzone exists. It fucking does not. The coward wouldn’t dare to ask the girl out, but then comforts himself and pats himself on the back because all his friends believe the same. That’s a circle of cowards and the coward vibe won’t die off soon because no one dares to do a damn thing.

A brave person wouldn’t give a damn about what the whole world believes in. He reads, hears and takes in all kinds of knowledge. Then he rejects what he doesn’t want and takes the reins. He makes shit happen.

9) He’s a crybaby and creates drama to hide the fact that he fucked up badly

And then he hopes that the drama would distract others from the fact that he needs to man up, apologize and right the wrong. Sympathy points are the currency here and he wants to make you pay.

I once broke up with a girl who made a grand mistake. Before I found out, she broke down and cried uncontrollably like out of nowhere. When I asked her what was wrong, she literally said, “Oh you know, there’s just so much drama in my life.” That’s it.

It was only a bit later when she confessed that she fucked up. The crying and giving an excuse for the crying was totally unnecessary and cowardly.

10) He likes to put on a show. And it has no ending

Picture this: I used to have a friend who was a first-class Modern Coward.

At a party once, he got pissed with some dude and wanted to start a fight. All he did was kick his chair aside, stood up and stayed put. No fight ensued because everyone else helped to quell the situation, not that it really needed any quelling. I knew he wouldn’t dare to do anything.

A few months later, we had another party. Said dude and his friends were invited. The coward of a friend found out and started asking the rest of us, “Hey. Oh my God. I heard they’re coming. If anything happens you’ll back me up right?”

Honestly, if you can’t face the consequences and end what you finish, then don’t act like a fucking moron in the first place. Don’t be a coward.

11) He’s a bully

The Modern Coward is a bully. Straight up. That’s the equation. Cowards have a void in them and instead of facing their problems to better themselves, they take it out on others.

On a serious note, for people who feel that they’re being bullied, don’t be afraid. Stand up for yourself. Bullies don’t ever win over you. Don’t be afraid of both bullies and cowards, whatever form they may take.

They’re only suffering. Seek help. People are willing to help.

12) He seeks validation online only

I may be a little biased here, but the reliance on social media for social validation has gotten out of hand lately. People think that likes, shares and comments are what makes a person.

That said, the Modern Coward takes the easy route online and tries to build their persona or avatar that way. He doesn’t dare to face the world and do real, tangible, hold-in-your-hand shit.

Online is easy to get your message out there, but if you think that’s where your entire life is, then you’re a coward.

13) He doesn’t dare to take on a challenge alone

Because to a lot of people, alone is bad. Being alone is apparently too scary. You shouldn’t try something on your own. You ought to always seek help or get the green light by someone who proved he’s successful.

Just like seeking social validation, the Modern Coward lacks confidence entirely in what he’s capable of.

But it’s all bullshit. There’s nothing wrong with doing something and fucking it up at that alone. You shouldn’t need someone to hold your hand all the time. You can’t spread your wings and fly that way.

14) He’s a passive aggressive little bitch

That’s when he thinks he can get away with sarcasm or subtle nonsense. This is when the coward is constantly updating his Facebook status in annoying ways that make no sense.

In other words, he doesn’t dare to come clean. He thinks he’s always gaining the upper hand with his childish antics. He doesn’t.

See how the Modern Coward is also attention-seeking? Instead of approaching the matter at hand like a man, he decides to sulk about it. Bitch.

15) He fights back not because he’s right, but to cover up his flaws

I’ve had arguments with friends who’d start insulting me and bringing up my shortcomings as a way to divert from the main point, which is their fucking up in the first place.

Imagine trying to get them to see your point of view only to get a retort that goes like, “SO WHAT? How about that time you [brings up the past and everything unrelated to the main topic]”. And the Modern Coward is extremely defensive here.

16) He feels he can’t go back

I know it can be tough to face reality especially after you mess up so bad that you think nobody is going to forgive you or believe that you can change for the better.

I can bet it’s also tough to forgive yourself.

And the Modern Coward doesn’t want any of that. He just continues the self-destructive path.

But you know what? Here’s some tough love: Stop being a coward.

Everybody fucks up, and it’s entirely up to you to make the positive choice to become a better person. You might as well do something right, for once.

Updated Nov 21st to correct for a self buff spell issue.

Usage:

Default: (Will buff everyone in the Raid if in one, Group if not in a raid, or Self only if not in a raid or group) with any buff with a recast 5 seconds or less
/mac buffv6

Longer buff time: (Will buff everyone in the Raid if in one, Group if not in a raid, or Self only if not in a raid or group) with any buff with a recast 99 seconds or less
/mac buffv6 99

Quick buff of a specific target: (Again defaults to 5 second or less recast time) (good for a pull buff)
/mac buffv6 targetcharactersname

Longer buff of a specific target:
/mac buffv6 targetcharactersname 99

Peace

** Update Nov 21st ** Buff Version 6.6

This is a small macro that goes down your spell list looking for buffs to cast on raid/group/target or you.

This was origanally written for use on EzServer, but since then has been tested and slight changes made for use on most other servers.

On to the file.

Peace

If you find any problems with it please reply here. Additionally, if you enjoy and/or have suggestions please reply here also.
I really appreciate all feedback, and love suggestions, so please feel free to let me know your thoughts.

(Note: English is not my first language, so if my write up is a little confusing and thoughts are disconnected, I apologize in advance, it's a little difficult for me to translate my Southern drawl (dialect) in to readable English)

What it does.

In Brief: runs down the character's spell list looking for buffs to cast on characters.
It checks for self buffs, single and group buffs. It checks to see if the target already has the buff on them and it still has over half the DEFAULT duration left on it and if cast now it will last longer than 5 minutes.

EzServer only: If you have a Shield of Ages, it clicks it.

If you have a Pet it will target and hail your pet, then tell it to Arm itself.
EzServer only: If you have a Pet and a Harness of soul Gem in your secondary it will click it
If you have a pet and two bandolier settings, Melee and Pet, it will swap them out and put the pet one up and try to use the secondary item, then switch back to Melee

If you have a spell list saved by the name of Zbuffs it will load that spell list before casting any buffs then it will attempt to load Zattack once it is finished buffing *changable in the files, instructions both in the macro and below in this post.

Will check to see if the character running the macro is in a Raid, if so it will cast on everyone in the raid. If not in a raid it will check to see if the character running the macro is in a group, if so it will cast on everyone in the group. If not in a Raid or Group it will cast all of the buffs on itself.
It will verify before going down the spell list that the current target (raid, group, pet, or specified character) is within 100 of it.

You can pass 2 variables to it. 1: a target's name, and / or, a recast duration.
The recast duration is there to try and speed up the buffing process. Take Rune of Denial III for example, it has a recast time of 30 seconds. If you cast that on a raid of 18 characters it going to take a Minimum of 9 minutes to cast all the buffs. I personally cast RoDIII on the tanks right before I pull, so I do not want to cast it when Re-buffing, but I do want to cast it at Initial buffing.

Example.

When I first log in and form up my Raid, or I just wiped and getting back in order I will do a.

/bcaa //macro buffv6 30

This will tell all characters (yes even the warriors, we will get to that in a minute) to buff everyone with anything that takes 30 seconds or less to recast. But if everything has been going well and an hour has passed by and I just want to refresh all the buffs that have faded, or about to fade I will do a

/bcaa //macro buffv6

This will have everyone cast any buff that has a recast time of 5 seconds or less, skipping over say RoDIII.
Or say, Warizzle wants me to buff him because he does not have an Enchanter or Druid, I will do a

/bcaa //macro buffv5 warizzle 30

and it will have all my characters cast all spells with a recast of 30 seconds or less on warizzle directly.
Or say, Warizzle is playing with me, but he is not in my raid for whatever reason, and he does not need / want RoDIII I would just

/bcaa //macro buffv6 warizzle

-----------------------------------
Settings you can change easily
-----------------------------------
There is no real reason for most people to edit the file at all, but I have made it so that you can, and I have attempted to make it as easy as possible to just change the few things that most people would find that they needed a little bit different then my defaults.

These are documented inside the macro file near the top.

Change spell list. This is a 1 for yes or 0 for no.
Having it set to 1 and not having the spell list to load does not effect the macro that much, it will just attempt to load the new one and not find it and continue one.

bufflist Zbuffs
attacklist Zattack

the Zbuffs and Zattack are your 2 spell lists. You can change them to whatever you wish, It loads the bufflist before attempting to do any buffing at all.
It loads attacklist at the very end of the macro.

minbuffduration 5

This is the default minimum duration of buffs to cast in minutes. If a beneficial spell has a duration of 5 minutes or more it will attempt to cast. Please be aware that if you change this to a low number some very short duration buffs will be cast.

----------------------------------------------------------------
Detail workings
----------------------------------------------------------------

When the macro is ran, it is first going to check and see if you told it to cast a single character, if you changed the default recast time, or both.

If you have a pet it then hails the pet and tells it to arm itself.
If changespelllist is still 1, then it loads your buff list
If you have a Shield of the Ages on your back, it clicks it.
It goes down the spell list and casts all self only buffs.
Checks if you specified to buff a single character, if so do it and skip the next three lines.
If you did not specify a specific character and in a raid, go down the raid list starting with the 1st member. Skipping the next 2 lines.
If you did not specify a specific character and not in a raid and in a group, go down the group list starting with the 1st member. Skipping the next line.
If you did not specify a specific character and not in a raid and not in a group, buff myself.

Once it knows whom to buff, it does the following checks.
Is the target within 100 of me?
if so, then it does the following checks for each spell in the spell list starting with spell 1.
Is it a beneficial spell?
Is it a single target or group spell?
Is the recast time less than the recast time specified?
Is this buff already on the target? and if it is does it have less than half of the default spell duration (before any extend is put on it)

If all of those are meet, then it waits for the spell to ready for casting, once ready it casts the spell.
It then moves on to the next spell on the list.

Once all of the spells on that character?s spell list have been checked/cast, it then moves on to the next character in the group or raid, or stops if you specified a character or if not in a raid or group.

Once all the characters have been cast on, it then checks if you have want to change spell lists, if so it loads the spell list.

It then checks your inventory for Harnessed soul gem, if it finds one in your bags, it attempts to activate the Pet bandolier, then use the secondary item (off hand) then activate the Melee bandolier. If you already have this item in your off hand and do not have the pet and melee bandoliers it will just use the item.

If the macro took longer than 60 seconds to run, it will report back in either /rsay, /gsay or /say which ever is the case, and state how long it took to run.

macro ends.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As I said, I hope this is helpful for ya.
If you try it out, if you use it or not, please post back here and share your thoughts, good, bad or ugly. I would enjoy hearing them.
All suggestions will be explored, not saying I will make the changes, just explore them.
Peace.
Time to brag about it.
Me personnally. I did not have time to dedicate fully to the EzServer halloween event.  I got to play maybe 1/2 the days it was active for maybe 4 hours each time.  So I didn't get to complete any quests or get an uw drop.  I got 1 gold, 1 silver and all the Rusted augs I could handle. 30 zone pull sticks and 5 or 6 double and triple loot items.
Did anyone complete the quests? if so which ones and how many?
How many people got the uw drops?
How many got the final LOOT item?
Anyone get anything else? (uber rare drop?)
Brag about it!
How would you make these icons on the taskbar?  right now I have all the 3 (blue,red,yellow) WINEQ things up.....
You create a shortcut to eqgame.exe for each character.
You name each of the shortcuts something different, (I put them all in a folder on the desktop)
Then right click and go under properties.
The target line should read like so.
D:\eqrof2folder\eqgame.exe /login:account eqgame.exe patchme /login:stationname
Then while you are there, click Change Icon, browse, then navigate to where your .ico files are and select one.
The next time you run that shortcut it will appear on the taskbar with the new icon.
