I got a question that i thought of when Xiggie brought up the SOT to aug, What happens when you slot a AUG that has a clicky effect into a item that already has a clicky effect?

when you click the item do both effects take place? does one overwrite the other and only one happens? also was considering this with the UW aug slots with warriors slotting there EPIC Stonewall click with the (FUTURE) possible aug slot for a CLICKY aug. I know UW augs don't currently exists but the possibility of others items, or spells being turned into augs has me wondering more now.

Apparently I didn't look hard enough (nor long enough, nor fast enough - insert "That's what she said" comments here ^^^^).  Looks like the drivers for AMD's Catalyst Control Center vsync force options have been bugged in Win7 (and assuming Win8) for quite a while now, and a 3rd party software like D3Doverrider is needed for this kind of functionality.

So? did this erd party program fix your issue?

Being able to list all your instances, then click a say link to enter, is a LOT easier to do than manually typing out /say commands.

Wont see it. At some point in past Hunter said there were to many auto combine-sell scripts out there that the risk to much.

The crafters guild quest was a money sink though alot of the gems were available for free on the newbie vendor.

Personaly i wouldnt add another slot especialy one for just HP. Becasue then its Just more hp. having aug slots that "Could" have hp aug slotted in them OR other augs will mforce a choice especialy if those other aufs are desirable. either hp or effect or Huh??. this makes them more individualized. makeing another slot with hp is just another thing to do. kinda like the descusions about do you put resists augs in armor or hp augs or Huh? make a slot for one thing and it WILL get filled with just that and all peeps will be the same. not to mention talking about dropping the hp on UW, then to just add them back in doesnt resolve things.

The Limit on pulls is not a new "punishment", its a means to deal with server lag.

When i first started populations of 120-190 were common for average play times and 300-350 for  peak and we saw 400-450 on dbl loot and at those numbers the game was Unplayable.

I am seeing player numbers in the 400+ quite regulare now it seems and the game is still playable.

Some things change out of need and for good reasons with good results. Sure everyone would like to pull by the hundreds when Back farming for essecenes or kills credits, but its pointless to be able to pull 100 a pop when im desyncing all the time and half my toons are crashing because everyone else in mass pulling too. The New train rules smooth things out..

I havent personally desynyd from non zone server side lag since OOM was fixed in anguish. My guess is you have client side issues loot at the sticky section on how to fix this

Since the train code went in i have had no isues with synce or lag and i have changed nothing on my end. so i guess i attributed my lack of issues to this. If it was not, Guess i was just "lucky" cause this is the first double loot that i had zero issues with lag.

400+ is not a regular now, it's 250-300 almost always , certain days peak differently but rarely do you see 400 outside of double loot unless something is going on or just a peak hour

Hmm, must just be when im loggin in, seem to have seen alot more then 300 or more  latley..

Where i saw the probem gap being made with UW was HP. And when i say Problem i mean is what was casuing a problem with balancing the content.  When I saw the hp start doubling at the X and XI i was thinking that was gona be bad. Balancing was going to be impossible.

Ideas? Cut HP like you said hunter. I understand people have spent time on it for diffrent reason, everyone has. As far as time spent anyone that has done this thing has spent time and effort in one way or another. By adjusting the HP after tier 9 it would allow for the insainly high damage done by mobs in the top tiers to be dropped, so that survivablity amoungst the groups and toons WITHOUT the UW can survive and content balancing can be achieved.

Yes its a UW, there are things that can done to still make it a ULTIMATE. Alot of people like things that were changed with the uw, by making those things avaible again thru augs it will allow people to make there uw more personal like what is being looked at with the Epics. Want your UW to back farm, slot a AOE clicky aug. looking for more hp, slot those instead. want to bathe in the sun, more resist's. ect, ect. and by makeing them augs toons can change them when they wantas the tiers change. and yes, i know not everyone is going to agree with me, but no one is going to agree with everyone.

Well i for one will say that this is a NICE thing to have now, and has lowered the amount of unesessary zoneing a great deal. You can have toons in multiple areas and with one command have them all zone to the same place. Along with keeping a GI of the nexus up now, you gan have all your toons zone out of where you are when your done without haveing to click something.

Going to keep things the way they are now.

Our global_player.pl file is over 7000 lines and I'd rather not add more code if I can keep it as some npcname.pl file.

I seen you state this figure twice, out of curiousity whats was a Normal size for this file lets say from "LIVE" or the average run of the mill EMU..

oh, and as far as the thought on a person needing a teleporter in your invetory to use this ability, i agree to a point, but that point being my whole group can use the teleporter my 1 group member has, as long has he uses it last.

I know your saying free for now hunter, but if your thinking about changing it in the future might want to think maybe a toon that is going to use this function ( the /say raid join nexxel ) they need to have a teleporter targeted, thus there is not a need for every toon to have a telelporter.

Some could argue that this is a neat function, thus everyone (every toon) should have to pay for the use, but if this is actually to help with server load/ stabilty/lag then a single teleporter or None would apply better..

befor the new instance code when we actually had to Hail the waypoint it was understandable to need to carry it, now it sits in the bank as has been stated. If the new instance code is gona stay this way makeing it a flag would help a bit on space i guess. and IF for some reason code were to change and we had to go back to a Physical ite, it wouldnr be hard to make a npc to hail and have him hand you one from your flag..
