One of our players figured out why the Druid 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 buffs are not Regen correctly with Focus of Healing + Oracle, and fixed it. The fix how ever does prevent it from stacking with the Cleric Regen buffs.

You do not need to update your spell file since this was handled server side, so I didn't put out a new spell file yet.

This will go into effect after our reboot.

Confirmed...  3.0 is now doing 8000 per tick (with Oracle focus II) and seems like it can crit also, seen it do over 11-12k a few times).

With Oracle III will it do 9000 then or 10k?
