Looks like the character crash was since we updated our source code. The Fighters and Casters NPC does not remove you from your previous guild if you want a Fighters Guild Tag or Casters Guild Tag after you get flagged for completing the quest. If players requested the Tag, the database put the player in 2 different guilds, causing them to crash before they can zone in from character select. So looks like we might have figured the problem. I've disabled getting those tags from the NPCs for now until I have more time.

I'm in a rush (late) heading to work tonight, and will respond to peoples emails when I get home tomorrow.

Actually, thanks to one of our users that suspected he was in 2 guilds at the same time since he tried to get a Guild Tag just before his char crashed. Sure enough, that was the problem when I saw the database had him flagged for 2 different guilds.

Gave him a RoA 100 as a reward for figuring out this big problem as a thanks.

Well done to whomever caught that. Hopefully that clears up the majority of the crash issues for most. Can't see it applying to the warrior I had whom had the issue however. She wasn't double guilded.
