Is this spell in game? I didn't see it on the lvl 70 vendors. that being said, if it is in game how do I get to Arcstone?  thanks!

We have spells up to GoD and our custom spells. Arcstone is from PoR, way after GoD so no spells from there.

Thank you for the clarification. I stopped playing Live around OOW/GoD timeframe, wasn't sure of anything past that. Thanks for the heads up.

There are a couple PoR spells that might end up in the spellbook/disc window, but they generally don't work. Generally they are the aura or trap variety.
