So I just got my 2.5 and it is a pet. I assume the 3.0 is a pet also. I'm working on getting my 2.0 again so i can have a pet AND buff it.

I'm just wondering if anyone has actually tried to do 1.5 and 2.0 pet buffs stacked? I know they are on the same recast timer, but its only like 6 mins. The buff lasts like 20 i think.

Also how is the 3.0 bst pet? mine crits for 1700 right now.

BST pet is highest DPS i believe, including buffs that is. 3.0 version with 2.0 buff.

Never tried 1.5+2.0 buff. dont have much info on that sadly

I tested it a while back and if I remember correctly the base 3.0 bst pet has about 10 to 15k more hp than the mage pet. Also hits harder but I can't remember the percentage.

I always figured that the 1.5 buff made such a minor difference that it didn't even seem to matter if it stacked with 2.0.

Then again I never tested it and just told myself that the 2.0 was just an improved and longer lasting 1.5.  Case closed in my mind.

(but i'm still interested to hear if they stack)

Sweet. I'm going to gather all the pages from PoT again and give it a shot. If anything its just another 150pt proc. I think they might because one is a frost icon and one is a poison icon. either way it will be fun.
