Considering the server isn't up, I assume this is happening now. (I totally suck at timezone conversions, and am too lazy to google)

What's the occassion? EQEmu Patches, hard reboot, new/altered content?

Needed to do some stuff while the server was off line (database stuff) and I updated the source code. See changelog for details about the source code:

This opens up a lot of good high end encounter options !

Viral spells are now supported(field191 determines how many targets it will spread to and field 192 determines how often(in seconds))
