Client EQ - SOD

Got to the npc that hands out kill 20 kobold in velk quest.
Quest complete
Took bag, ran, sold bag and came back to NPC.
Gives quest again,
Quest complete
NPC doesn't realize I have the quest completed and opens my Quest journal and puts a new kill 20 kobold quest there.
So I think, bug, oh well do again.
Quest complete (in Quest journal)
Do not get reward, quest NPC still things I did not pick up quest and just offers to port me back to VELK.

Is there any way to clean out my quest journal.
thank you.

You can repeat the quest for more rewards depending if your the correct level and what saylinks you use with the NPC.

Another thing I wanted to point out,

perhaps I corrupted my files by creating my char in titanium then moving over to SOD later.

either way here is a fraps of what is going on. better I show you I suppose =)

FYI I'm almost 65 now so this problem should be a none issue if my next quests get logged correctly =)

I'll keep you updated Hunter.

Problem solved,

Notice in the vid how my Q_journal doesn't have a remove button. Odd huh...
well I logged back into Titanium addition and voila, remove button.

Sheesh. odd... best keep my titanium addition handy from now on.

Maybe the client you have needs updated User Interface? Each type of window, inventory, party, target window, etc has the UI piece in your client directory. Maybe try to download a differnt UI that has a delete button etc.

I'm having a similar problem with SoD client on all servers, using a custom UI. Every custom UI I use (designed for that version of my client) works perfectly, except for the quest task window. It lists a brief description of the quest, but fails to show any of the actual individual tasks per each quest. IE: Kill 12/30 Giants, Loot 10/15 Heads, etc. etc. It's quite annoying. If I load the default UI, log completely out and back in, it'll show those task steps within the task window on the default UI, but the moment I switch to any custom SoD UI it bugs out and fails to show me those steps again. I've gone as far as trying to simply copy the default task window files into each and every custom UI I have, but fails to correct the issue. Anyone else having this problem? It's quite annoying, as I absolutely DESPISE the default UI...

Make sure you didn't accidentally move the split between the two parts of the window so the status part is hidden.  It's easy to do.

Nope, I see all parts of the window. It's gives the name of the quest and a very brief, often misleading description of the quest where ordinarily it would list each step of the quest and show updates as you complete them.

Where are you getting your UI from? What UI are you using?
