Hunter - Just curious, have or did you test the performance of the site when the "game" is under load? How does the system perform (hardware/bandwidth) under heavy loads when multiple magelo queries are executed with 250+ players online. Also, might consider adding some indexes to those tables where join condition is the user profile and the items. I'll take look at the schema later today to see where the exactly conditions are required and if any indexes have been applied "out-of-the-box".
