Title: Should/could the server be self healing? Post by: kalzin230 on November 07, 2010, 02:39:22 pm I've noticed recently that we can be playing in game and get the message "World server disconnected" then we can't log in additional toons, zone, create/delete instances, and heaven forbid you die...
but since we are able to still be logged in what does that mean exactly? is there a way to have the server restart script go off if the system brodcasts that message? might be worth investigation... perhaps IP sentry or one of the Ping monitoring programs could facilitate the kick off if the login server is unreachable...? just some thoughts... |
