(For reasons I can't remember, but researched to confirm.) Essentially for the dmg ratio it provides in the first place, if it HAD worked correctly the dps increase pre-t3 was minimal to begin with. IMHO, it wasn't worth casting, esp. when you can crit with ether flame and make up the potential damage increase anyways.
Just get used to spamming ether flame / mana stone / manaburn rotations until you hit the big time. Just my quick 2c. |
