Title: My SoD Wont work /boggle Post by: Collector on February 12, 2011, 07:14:51 pm First off.. eqhost se tto5999, never ran patchet, and have put in patchme.

If it is kill it manually with end process. Are you starting the client directly or using a 3rd party program (ISboxer, Wineq2) to start the game? What processor, how much ram, which videocard? Any antivirus, malware/spyware detection software that may be blocking the game? Other games play fine? Which version of Directx are you currently running? What happens when you run the DirectXTest.exe in the SoD folder? Can you get a response from the OptionsEditor.exe in the SoD folder? Windows 7 Home Premium AMD Athlon II X4 630 Processor, 4GB ram, ATI Radeon HD 5500 Series. I don't think my antivurus is, because my titanium client works good, but i use Trend Micro/MSE Not sure, as I only play Everquest, but my titanium works fine. Not sure what version hmm... but I do get this when trying to load the DirectXTest... "Unable to load DXTEST.DLL" "Your machine is not ready for the upgrade, please look in DXUpgrade.txt for instructions on how to upgrad your machine."
