So double loot will be from evening of the 19th to 21st.

not to look a gift horse in the mouth but imo the double loot should take place over the weekend or even the same time, sunday 6am to tuesday 6am because for alot of the people that do alot of their playtime during the time that was rolled back won't be able to utilize this double loot time.  Just my two cents.

I only started on Sunday, so my warrior got rolled right back into his mother's womb. I imagine that was painful.

I'm not noticing double loot in the custom zones up to MM. When a gem drops it's single. Hardly a huge deal but just letting you know in case it needs looking at.

Double drop means each mob has a chance to drop its loot table twice. Just say mobs in mistmoore have a 20% chance to drop gems. Double drop does not mean it has a 40% chance, it also does not mean that if it drops it will do so twice. It means that when the mob does it check to see if it is going to drop gems it does that check twice. So instead of one check at 20% chance it does 2 checks at 20% chance. Double drop is working fine.

Are you seeing double drops of tokens in HoH?  I'm seeing doubles of gems and augs - but not of Charm Upgrades or Tokens?

This might be something weird in my config - I killed Shadow and only saw one book but when I went to another character screen I saw two.

Sometimes when the loot list is long, it doesn't show everything at first.

I think the double loot is working in HoH; I've gotten 2x H1N1, and also 2x charm on individual mobs, albeit not often.

To answer, yes, I have seen 2 charms at the same time on trash mobs. You have to think though, it is going to be pretty rare to find that. It does 2 checks and both have to beat the odds and check=yes at whatever percentage it is at on both of them.

If mobs drop a lot of items you'll have to loot some, close the loot window, and then loot again to get the rest.  There's only so many items that can show in the window at once.

I don't know how much stuff Shadow drops, but the chests in T1/2 have to be looted at least twice during double loot periods.

It warms my heart that someone eslse understands statistics!

As Xiggie already pointed out, each drop is an independent event, but if you really want, you could find out the chance that both events will occur simultaneously (in a row) by squaring the initial  probability. I don't recommend doing the calculation for LDoN charms (1/666), you might be sad. If you hit that, you should be hanging out at the craps table instead of playing EQ.

back when we still had stones instead of tokens it was extremely common to have to loot Shadow twice to find out what charm upgrade you got

or use SoD

Even with SoD the loot window fills up.
