1. I reached the FG at last, and the trainer says he pushed my skills up to 400. However my skills page insists my skills are still in the 200s. Display bug? Titanium client.

2. Is there a regen cap? I just aug'd everything in sight with +10 regen augs.

3. Any reason a paladin would want to do the CG quest?

4. Any benefit to joining the FG i.e. getting the guild tag?

1: say #myskills to see your real skills
2: WHy bother with regen when you want HP...regen wont save you from getting one shotted
3: Yes eventually you will want to cg/fg your pally. Fizzles suck
4: Creating guild instances if you aren't already in a guild.

The other reason you must join the cg or fg is to get your 2.5+ epics.  You only need to join one, but as said, there is a benefit for a hybrid like a paladin to join both since they use both sets of skills.  The spell skills aren't terribly hard to raise, but if you RoA at all it will save you the pain of having to raise them over and over.

- only that the hp augs available for free weren't that big of a deal so 170 total aug regen from 17 augs was my preference.

The HP augs are free at the same vendor in the FG. They look like blue squares.
