I'm using the 1H Paladin epic 1.0, and the Rogue 1.0 dagger on my necro pet.  I've come across a bug of sorts.

The pet will heal himself with the paladin epic proc, but only when not grouped.  Once I'm grouped, he no longer heals himself.  I have tried a friends necro with the same pet and same weapons, but his will recover health, even when grouped.

He has tried using my toon and has experienced the same problem that I have, so this leads me to believe it's not file-related.  When I use the necro on his account while grouped it works perfectly fine.

Any thoughts?

It's happening on both Titanium and SoD clients.  I've downloaded the spells and server specific  files as well.

is it anytime you make a pet? or just that one pet?
have you done /pet get lost and made a new one to see if it is bugged as well?

are you giving the pet the 1hd fiery defender first?
what happens when you only give the pet a normal 2hd fiery defender does it heal properly then?

It's not just one pet.  It's any pet.

I can visually see the procs going off on the weapon.  I see them healing me, but not affecting him while grouped.  As soon as I'm soloing, I see the heal effect (spell details) happening on the pet.  Extremely bazaar... and frustrating!

It's very, very strange, as a different Necromancer on a friend's account is working flawlessly on my machine, and my necro on his machine is still borked :-x

which pet are you using?

Do you have the aa pet affinity?

I'm using the Dark Assassin Pet.

I don't have the Dark Affinity AA.  This worked all the way up until 70.  I was able to solo in PoFire because the pet was healing itself using the epic.  It looks like I hit 70 and it's just broken.

I'll put some points into the pet affinity AA to see if that makes a difference.

The Pet Affinity AA seemed to fix it!
