Title: Guild Question Post by: caowen on July 30, 2011, 10:02:49 am I was interested in forming a guild for those people that would like to get away from all the cursing and rudeness that is seen in some guilds. Where the member air their concerns in an open forum and discuss amongst themselves the concern. I also would like to have a guild that concentrates on helping everyone to achieve their best.

The company you chose to keep ( and those you choose not to keep ) are all up to you. You don't have to have permission to join together with like minded people and have your own group. Those that would want to join you would seek you out, and those that wouldn't, would not.
The only problem I could see possibly arrising would come from what you chose to name it. Some people may throw a fit considering the topic you are refering to. However I believe the server might offer alot of resistance, as it brings people back to a reality that most come to EQ to leave behind for a little wile. Mixing the two imo, bad idea. but this is just my opinion. And I know that mine is one not often agreed with! If it gets taken half as seriously as the naming policy then it's already on thin ice. I'm all for like minded people banding together though, good luck with your guild =D.
