Honestly you're an Idiot, the economy has been screwed since the money bug people just had 5 million on 20+ toons...

With or without a double loot everyone is geared so of course no one is paying for shit anymore.

What do you want some magic people to come out of no where and buy all the T3/T4... pffft you guys already sold it all to them.

Any recovery the server would do from the last double loot, (3 months ago?) would be done already.

Agreed! This would be my second, but during my first, I was still trying to get my first few toons through Dulak. Just curious.. does double loot really mean double loot on standard drops, like I kill ldon boss X and get 2 50pt coins and two pages? Then there is a double chance to get something like charm drops, like 1/333 on level 4 versus 1/666? (those numbers I pulled from the excel guide).

This is the way Hunter has explained it in the past.

If a boss has 50% chance to drop on double loot weekend he will then have 2 chances to drop that item. In otherwords, double drop does not mean he has 100% (50% x 2) but it means hte boss does one check to drop the item with a 50% chance and then does a second check at 50% chance. A mob who has 50 % chance to drop something can drop nothing, 1, or 2 items. If a boss has 100% chance to drop something then he will do two checks at 100% therefore dropping 2 items.

I am nearly positive Hunter also said that chance to spawn on death is doubled as well. For instance in PoD, you kill a dragon for a chance at a chest or mini's to spawn. The percent chance for the chest or mini's is also doubled. I am not sure if it is a double of the raw percent chance or if it does the check twice but I have never known anyone to get 2 chests or 2 mini's or a chest and a mini from the same dragon kill.

In PoD during the last double loot, it'd be like if I killed a chest i'd be able to loot it twice for it would have 2 seperate loot tables.  It roxed.

Does double loot help charms drop in Ldon?

Charms, gems, cards, coins and all. Each boss would drop 2 pages instead of 1 because they are 100% chance to drop.

i wouldnt mind this for the fact that if your camping any of hte upper items to make augs you know how very few and far between they are and at least on last double loot i got one eveyr 10-15 kills...since them i havnet seen one gods minor in 100+ kills and finaly saw a dragons minor and major the other day after farming for what 72ish hours stirght.....*not including server reboot or the downtime the other day*

At this point, this thread is entirely speculation based on a question asked by Xiggie...  There has never been a comment by Hunter suggesting that he's planning to do the double loot weekend.  As much as we'd all like it, it's still up to Hunter if he wants to do it =)>
