Title: noob Pally, spell question Post by: hogie48 on September 06, 2011, 10:25:01 am Hey Everyone,
Recently rolled a Pally to fill out a boxing spot (currently Pal, War, Monk with War Tanking), but I do not really know Pally spells at all. Ive looked through the spell list and found things like Stun's of course ill want, but can anyone give me a brief idea of what spells I should be using on my pally? I have Pious Fury from Dulak legs (ill mem the spell now that i know I have it :p), and was told I should used Brells Brawny Bulwark and Armor of Champion. Anything aside from of course Focus, any of spells I should be using? Title: Re: noob Pally, spell question Post by: Brokyn on September 06, 2011, 12:05:36 pm Don't waste spell slots on stuns, as mobs are immune to them fairly early on. You'll want to use Yaulp, for sure, and when you get there, Kaldar's Helping Hand from T3/4 is a must.

Title: Re: noob Pally, spell question Post by: hogie48 on September 06, 2011, 01:07:05 pm Right ok cool... I'm so use to old style P99 type play where you have 22 spell sets... Thanks!

Title: Re: noob Pally, spell question Post by: Dethundrel on September 06, 2011, 01:41:59 pm Armor of the Champion for HP AC
BBB for HP buff Pious Fury for the damage proc Focus of Healing for the extra heals Valor of Marr for the haste until you pick up some gear. Title: Re: noob Pally, spell question Post by: Kushie on September 06, 2011, 05:40:41 pm Really just focus of heals and auto attack is fine. Get some weapon augs. Good ones from plane of fear until you get into t1/t2
Title: Re: noob Pally, spell question Post by: stonebeard22 on September 12, 2011, 01:53:59 pm What augs should you be running in your weapons from fear? Still kind of a noobie here myself.
Title: Re: noob Pally, spell question Post by: Appren on September 12, 2011, 04:04:07 pm There's some lifetap weapon aug, cant remember the name. Keep it in bank even after you replace it, eventually you'll need one as a "trash aug" to fit multiple FSV's
Title: Re: noob Pally, spell question Post by: funkinmofo on September 14, 2011, 08:32:55 am Other than focus of healing, only other spell i cast with my pallies is their highest level dispel magic for taking care of damage shields. And the rare odd time when I need to get them to use their stonewall spell when my main tank gets ganked (read death touched by MCP) and one of them ends up taking the heat until I get my war back in the zone.
