Title: Bears? Post by: Dethundrel on October 01, 2011, 06:49:04 pm Where can I find some bears to kill for some Tradeskill stuff? I've looked in many of the old zones, and there are no bears to be found, even most of the normal mobs that are supposed to be there are not.
I've looked in the Karana's, Misty Thicket, Kithicor ect. and I've yet to see 1 single bear. Anyone know a zone that actually has them? Title: Re: Bears? If your using them for crafters guild theres much easier things that you can buy for it. If just for fun sorry i dont have an answer for you. Although i do remember bears being in east commonlands from p99 you could try there.
Title: Re: Bears? Post by: Dethundrel on October 01, 2011, 11:17:08 pm I was gonna see if the recipe for colored hand made backpacks work here, and part of that is needing a High Quality Bear Skin. Found out anyway that they wont work, because the recipe to make the dye doesn't work. You can make all the extracts, but when you try to combine them with resen in a medium clay jar, it doesn't work.
Title: Re: Bears? Post by: Dethundrel on October 02, 2011, 03:43:18 am I did find about 7 bear spawns in Rathe Mountians, 6 in 1 spot and 1 in another. After an hour or so of farming those spawns, I came out with 1 HQ skin. The recipe to make regular Hand Made Backbacks does still work, just can't do colored ones dammit :(

The guys on the left and right of this picture kill Bears quite frequently. I don't know if they have the pelts you need or not. |
