If so, no idea, but I don't think there are any worth while. Or do you mean an item that amplifies spells? If so, staff of fluxing power, bought off the newbie vendor. Use that until you can get a sorc charm and upgrade it.

The sorc 1 and the staff are both the same amount increased.

I still equip the staff but just for the 1k mana really. The QVIC cloth quest gloves give 60% to fire spells as well as the "Goresteel Spaulders". Might be the Tris embroidered felt cloak or "Persuasive Glimmering Serpant" as well.
