Title: Zones updated Post by: Hunter on November 20, 2011, 12:52:20 pm I've updated our database to the most current list of zones available. Some of the zone table 'id' fields were different and I had to re-work them so I could add the missing zones since Titanium. Added the required maps as well on the server, which are required on our end here. Let me know if anything is broken and I'll look into it asap.
Seems the doors are missing in the new zones, so I need to update the doors table some time. Due to the time it took to do this, I didn't want to keep the server down too long, so I didn't have time to update the loot list for dropping Essences in the Abyss. I'll eventually make them open to explore, as well as other zones too, from a teleporter or something. I'm hoping to populate these zones with basic mobs but without loot tables too. Anyways, this weekend I plan to update more tables from the peqdb2027 I got last weekend, such as replace doors, zone_points, etc. I'd like to add the missing npc, spawns, and items with some creative mysql query since a lot of our custom content would have same ids. To be safe, I'll be populating one zone at a time. Mysql query expert advise is welcome for helping me to update! Also, I'll get a teleporter working for all zones to explore. Populated zones won't have loot list though. I'll open ssratemple too for now until I'm ready to custom it. Just a thought - is it possible to make the level of the mobs in some of these new zones of similar difficulty and exp as plane of fire? All the T1 and T2 SoF zones (like DSH, FM, Gyrospires, LP) should make excellent PLing zones. Especially if the respawn timer is adjusted. I've really enjoyed all the custom zones on EZ so far (Dulak, Qvic, Tacvi, etc) - almost all of the zones (aside from Velks and Fear) were new to me when I first started playing.
